* Disclaimer: All cabins have liability insurance by the individual property owners. Lazy Days Cabin Rentals, LLC is not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
* Advance reservations require a minimum of a 2 night stay.
* We have a 3 night minimum for October and Holidays, 4 night minimum on Thanksgiving and Christmas Breaks.
* We will consider last minute 1 night rentals.
* We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Money Orders and Checks (personal checks 2 weeks in advance only).
* A two night reservation must pay in full at time of reservation, extended stays require two nights down and the remaining balance due two weeks prior to your stay.
* Check-In is at 3 PM and Check-Out is at 11 AM (EST).
* Cancellations: A 10% fee is charged for any cancellation that is 15 (or more) days prior to your reservation.
* If you cancel within 14 days your reservation the is NO refund; however we will allow you to reschedule your reservation 1 time within the next year. This request must be done at the time of the cancellation and there is a $25.00 processing fee.
* No refunds for early departures for any reason.
* We have easy self check-ins with maps, directions and key code boxes.
* Smoking is permitted outside on the deck only.
* Sky High, Lover's Lookout, Endless View, Mountain Magic, and Wild Life are pet friendly cabins. A nonrefundable fee of $25.00 (small) and $50.00 (medium) will be charged and the renter is 100% liable for any damages. Pet must be crated while you are away.
* All linens, paper products, firewood and propane are provided. We do not provide laundry detergent, charcoal or fire starting aids.
* Local phone calls are free.
* Fireplaces are useable from November
through April.
